When upgrading to version 79, scenarios are migrated to the new drafts and versions model. Back up your data before the upgrade; after the upgrade, check the scenario list and their statuses.
v2026.3.79.0 — In-App, scenario versions, and priority queues
Version 79 introduces the In-App channel for in-app messages, scenario drafts and versions, and priority queues for all sending channels. Segment calculation, scenario operation, and platform security have also become noticeably more reliable.
In-App channel
A new communication channel has been added — In-App. Unlike push, In-App content is shown only inside the app, while the user is in it. Launch is performed through placements:
Content is assembled in the built-in block template editor — visually, from ready-made elements, with a phone preview. When creating a template, a placement type is selected:
- Fullscreen — full screen.
- Modal — modal window.
- Slideup — bottom panel.
- Floating bar — floating bar.
A code editor (HTML, CSS, JS) is available for manual assembly. A template consists of text, images, buttons, dividers, social networks, lists, and blocks; it can include one or more pages for the user to swipe through in the app:
A placement is created in Messages — Placements: resource, audience, app versions and screens, template, and display conditions (trigger, time, schedule, frequency, limit) are selected there.
- Subscribers with an active subscription to the resource see the content in the app.
- Messages are delivered into the app via the Altcraft mSDK integration (supported in v.3).
- Impressions and results are available in the placement log and in channel reports.

Scenario drafts and versions
Scenarios can now be assembled in a draft — a working copy where changes are made without affecting the running scenario.
A draft can be saved as a version — an immutable snapshot of the scenario. The version limit is 100; when it is reached, the platform will suggest deleting the earliest archived version before saving a new one. A version can be published — it becomes the main one when the scenario runs. Publishing is unavailable while the scenario contains errors — for example, a deleted resource or an unconfigured node: the system first checks the scenario and will not allow publishing until everything is fixed.

Priority queues
All types of sending channels now support priority queues: trigger and test messages go first, ahead of background bulk messages.
The custom channel settings now include a Dedicated queue checkbox: an enabled channel gets its own queue instead of the shared one.
Added
- A delimiter between multiple-choice values has been added to the export of filled form data.
- Tracking services can now be assigned their own BASEDIR path — previously they used the platform path.
Improved
- Points accrual events (points_accrual) now include the points currency.
- Updatable segment calculation errors (including SQL query timeouts) are no longer masked by the "completed" status — they are written to the calculation history and displayed.
- Segment recalculation is now faster and more stable.
- Scenarios with an enabled tag filter can be selected in campaigns again.
- When a campaign finishes, its scenarios correctly switch to the "Inactive" status.
- Scenarios no longer remain in the trash bin when a campaign is permanently deleted.
- Cloning a campaign with published scenarios completes without errors — scenarios are correctly attached to the copy.
- Changing message settings no longer changes its status.
- The sending policy in the scenario's "Channels" node is no longer treated as an error and no longer drops the profile from the scenario.
Other
- When importing orders via the API, failed orders now return external_id — it is immediately clear which order failed to import.
- WhatsApp forms now have a window for inserting dynamic content.
- The group of an account user can now be changed.
- Loyalty program points are now activated when the activation date arrives.
- Search in the scenario list with the status filter now works correctly.
- Scenario node statistics are displayed after a platform upgrade.
- The profile update node now modifies the object and object_array fields.
- Bulk editing via a segment now updates the email subscription status.
- In segments with an SQL segmentation query, query field options now display correctly.
- Dynamic segment recalculation with an order filter no longer hangs.
- Scenario processing tasks no longer hang.
- The trigger message list now returns the campaign id for triggers added through a scenario as well.
- Fixed errors when creating cache tables for SQL query results.
- After a platform upgrade, scenario statistics now correctly count the profiles that entered the scenario.
- The message editor now has log and report buttons.
- In the profile history, the "Opened" and "Link click" actions now correctly show the device's push provider.
- When a required parameter is missing in an API request, the error now points to that exact parameter.
- The content_type validation in custom channel pipelines has been fixed.
- Platform stability and security have been improved.
