Facebook Ads Manager™
The Facebook*™ Ads Manager integration allows synchronizing static segment data of Altcraft Platform with custom audiences in Facebook*™.
A connection must be set up for the integration. Instructions — here.
Step 1. Creating the integration
Navigate to Integrations. Click + Create on the Facebook card: | ![]() |
Step 2. Setting up the integration
On the General tab, enter the Name and Description. Enable the toggle to activate the integration: | ![]() |
Set the integration scope. Select the Facebook* connection: | ![]() |
Step 3. Data type for profile search
Select the data type for profile search — the information Altcraft sends to Facebook*™ for user matching: | ![]() |
| Data type for search | Description |
|---|---|
| Contact data | Email and phone numbers (including from subscriptions) |
| Geo data | Country, city |
| Personal data | First name, last name, birth date, gender |
| External ID | Matching on the selected profile field |
By default — contact data. Selecting only geo data or personal data is not allowed: contact data or an external ID must be marked together with them.
External ID
If search by external ID is selected, a field for choosing the external ID source appears: | ![]() |
The external ID must be set up both in Altcraft (custom field) and in Facebook*™ (External ID). More details — in the Facebook documentation.
Sometimes multiple profiles are created in a Facebook*™ audience for one subscriber — if the profile is subscribed to several resources, each subscription is transferred separately.
Step 4. Saving the integration
Click Save. The integration is ready to work.
Facebook™ integration statistics
Resynchronization starts automatically when new profiles appear in the linked segment.
The statistics block shows the number of successful operations: profiles sent for import/deletion, audiences added/updated/deleted. The Start resync button resends the data: | ![]() |
