Connection to Edna

The connection to Edna is required for integrating the platform with the WhatsApp* messenger. After the connection, the WhatsApp integration can be configured.

Submit an application for Edna account registration in advance through this form.

Step 1. Creating a connection in Altcraft

Open Settings —> Connections. Select the connection type Edna. Click Create:

Step 2. Getting the API token

In the Edna personal account, open the Integrations section, go to the Settings tab. Copy the API token:

Step 3. Entering the token and checking

Enter the API token. Click Check to confirm its validity:

If the token is valid, information about WhatsApp channels in the Edna account will appear:

Step 4. Saving the connection

Specify the connection name and description at the top of the page. Click Save.

The connection is ready to use. Proceed to configuring the WhatsApp integration.
