Connection to Rapporto
A connection to Rapporto is required to integrate the platform with the Viber™ messenger. After connecting, Viber integration can be configured.

Read the Rapporto documentation to obtain the service ID and password.
Step 1. Creating a connection in Altcraft
Open Settings —> Connections. Select the Rapporto connection type. Click Create. Enter a connection name and, if necessary, a description: |  |
Step 2. Entering data and verification
Enter the service ID and password. Click Check. A confirmation appears if the check succeeds: |  |
Step 3. Saving the connection
Click Save.
The connection is ready to use. Proceed to Viber integration setup.
