Profile export

Profile history export allows you to download information about all profiles in the database or segment. The data will be downloaded as a csv file. You can choose the data you want to receive.

To start exporting, select a database or segment and click in the toolbar:

Export fields

Check the profile fields to be downloaded. The buttons at the top of the page can help here — check all fields, uncheck all of them, or check only opt-in fields. Opt-in data includes registration information: email, date, links and IP address at the time of registration.

The following profile fields are available for export:

  • default fields;
  • behavioral fields;
  • system fields;
  • custom fields.

The table below describes behavioral and system fields:

Export settings

In this block, you set additional export settings. You can export the data of profiles that have a certain global status, as well as limit the number of downloaded profiles:

To download information about profiles with a subscription to a specific resource, activate the "Filter by specific subscriptions" option. Select a resource and optionally a subscription status.

In some cases, a resource subscription is added to a profile, but deleted after some time. If you want the file to contain profile data with a deleted subscription to the selected resource, check the box "Include deleted subscriptions".

Once you have selected the fields to export and set up the export details, click on the "Export" button. The platform will start the process. Go to the "Tasks" section to download the generated file containing profile data.
