Connection to 360dialog
The 360dialog connection is required to integrate the platform with the WhatsApp* messenger. After connecting, configure the WhatsApp integration.
First, submit an account registration request with 360dialog via this form.
Step 1. Create the connection in Altcraft
Open Settings —> Connections. Select connection type 360dialog. Click Create: |  |
Specify a name and description for the connection: |  |
Step 2. Get an API token
An API token can be generated after registering with 360dialog. If the key was not saved, go to WhatsApp Accounts* and click Generate API key: |  |
Step 3. Enter the token and verify
Enter the API token. Click Check. If the token is valid, information about the phone number of the linked account appears: |  |
Step 4. Save the connection
Click Save.
The connection is ready to use. Proceed to setting up the WhatsApp integration.
