Report on global control groups

Global control groups (GCG) - a part of the customer base that temporarily does not receive marketing communications in order to analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies. You can learn more about control groups on this page.

The Global Control Groups report is available on the corresponding tab of the Analytics section:

Global control group analytics are based on metrics collected from either Market data or pixel targets. This requires you to configure them in the platform beforehand. You can read more about the Market here, and this section contains information about tracking pixels.

The report presents a comparison of data for the control and main groups. Information can be retrieved by market and by targets. For market metrics, you can select sales channel, and for targets, a selection of pixels and pixel targets is available. A graph based on the specified metrics of both groups will be displayed on the screen:

In the table below you can see the values of the metrics. The following metrics are available for targets:

  • Sum Value
  • Average value of goals
  • Average number of goals
  • Average profile value

For market, metrics such as:

  • Number of profiles that have ordered
  • Amount of orders
  • Average revenue per profile
  • Conversion to customers
  • Number of orders per group
  • Average number of orders per profile

You can save the report or upload it in any convenient format by clicking on the corresponding button at the top of the screen:

The saved report will be available in the report list available next to the upload and save buttons:
