This section contains guides for working with Telegram in Altcraft Platform.
Telegram Bot — a channel for personalized messages. Subscribers interact with the bot individually, receive personal notifications and mailings. Suitable for customer communication, sending receipts, codes, order status notifications. Requires passing each subscriber's chat_id to the platform.
Telegram Group — a channel for publishing posts in groups and channels via placements. Suitable for mass content and announcements in public chats. Does not require individual profile subscriptions — just add the bot to the group with administrator rights and get the chat_id of the channel or group.
