Connection to MTS OmniChannel

Connection to MTS OmniChannel

An MTS OmniChannel connection is required to integrate the platform with the Viber™ messenger. After connecting, configure the Viber integration.

Step 1. Registering in MTS OmniChannel

Register an account on the MTS OmniChannel platform.

Step 2. Creating a connection in Altcraft

Open Settings —> Connections. Select the MTS OmniChannel connection type. Click Create:

Specify a connection name and, if necessary, a description. Enter the login and password of the MTS OmniChannel account:

Step 3. Checking and saving

Click Check. If the data is valid, information about the identified account appears. Click Save:

The connection is ready to use. Proceed to configure the Viber integration.
