Platform updating

After the update, be sure to check the node synchronization status and update its settings if necessary.

Installer

Verify the installer archive integrity with md5sum:

md5sum AKD_Auto_Installer | grep -q $(<AKD_Auto_Installer.md5) && echo "OK" || echo "Incorrect checksum"

Launching the installer with -u or -update attributes starts the updating process instantly.

bash AKD_Auto_Installer --update

You can specify your Altcraft MP installation folder as well:

bash AKD_Auto_Installer --update /opt/akd

After you launch the update your system will be checked for a running Altcraft MP instance. If it is found, a backup copy of platform directories will be created and all platform processes will be stopped. After the update the processes will be restarted. Creating a backup copy may take some time,

If any configuration changes occur, the installer will notify you before the platform starts over.

Manual update

Updates are provided in archive file: AKD.tar.gz

All you need is to unpack the file in Altcraft MP base directory.

tar -xzf AKD.tar.gz

No configuration changes are required.
