Personnel requirements

Requirements for platform support specialists from the customer's side​

Specialists who monitor platform health, administer and support the customer's infrastructure must have the following knowledge and skills:

  • technical education;
  • knowledge of the TCP / IP protocols;
  • knowledge of the basic principles of the database;
  • Linux OS administration skills for at least 1 year;
  • knowledge of the functionality of the platform;
  • skills in working with MongoDB;
  • knowledge of database recovery tools and server performance monitoring.

Elimination of software errors in the platform operation is carried out only by specialists of Altcraft LLC, after the collected diagnostic information is provided to them.
