Major changes​

WhatsApp integration​

We have added a new sending channel — WhatsApp. Now you can send template messages.

Improved connections and integrations section​

Previously, the platform interface displayed a general list of integrations and connections. Now each type has its own page. In addition, the section "Action Hooks" has been moved to the "Integrations" section.

Limiting the number of subscriptions​

A profile cannot have more than 200 total and more than 20 subscriptions for one resource in one channel. If you add a subscription over the limit, it will force out the old subscriptions, taking into account the status.

Switching to the new MongoDB connection driver​

We have moved to the new MongoDB driver. At the same time, connections to this DBMS have been optimized.

Form refill restriction​

It is now possible to limit repeated filling of the form by one user.

BigQuery integration​

Now you can take data from BigQuery and use it for profile enrichment, template substitution, segmentation queries and SQL integration.

Other changes​

  • Added support for Facebook applications with API versions 13, 14, 15.
  • Added the ability to set a separate proxy for Facebook and Google integrations.
  • Bcc settings are now only available for email campaigns.
  • An Extra UID is now added to the push channel event webhook.
  • The processing of links in templates has been optimized. The speed of content generation in campaigns has been increased by 4 times.

Bug fixes​

  • It is not possible to create a role without assigned groups.
  • Substituting missing profile fields in the CustomJson Push template no longer generates an error during sending.
  • Fixed a bug that occurred when exporting form fills.
  • Now it is possible to delete an order from a profile.
  • Fixed a situation where an order in the market could only be created by a user with the main group.
  • In the loyalty program, it is no longer possible to generate more promo codes than the limit set.
  • Fixed a situation where the {cancel} function was ignored in the template preview.
  • Fixed the situation when in some cases the progress bar in Yandex integration stopped updating.
