Major changes​

Added a new SMS gateway​

It is now possible to send SMS messages through the Rapporto service.

Logic of SMS suspension in case of complaints​

Now you can customize the logic of adding numbers to the suppression list for the Infobip SMS gateway. If a customer's SMS response contains any of the specified keywords, it will be automatically added to the suppression list.

Bug fixes​

  • Now if you get Unregistered status when sending PWA Safari pushes, the subscription status changes to hardbounced.
  • Resolved a problem with Safari browser in the click map where click metrics were randomly placed on the template.
  • Fixed a situation where a transition node to another scenario was not triggering.
  • Fixed some interface flaws in the platform.
