Major changes​

Added Jivo chat for user support​

Jivo Chat is now integrated into the platform's cloud version. You can easily contact our support team directly from the interface.

Minor changes​

  • Push event content has been extended in Event Capture. A new object "result_content" has been added to the "content" structure, which stores the message structure that was sent to the push service. At the same time, the "content" object contains some additional fields from the platform template.
  • A retry mechanism has been added to the SMS channel. Now, in case of errors during SMS sending, the platform will make several more attempts to send with a certain interval.
  • GeoIP databases have been updated.

Bug fixes​

  • Triggered SMS campaigns now generate a web version.
  • Symbols ? and ' can now be used in order numbers.
  • The "Update profile" scenario element now correctly updates the profile's global status.
  • Global unsubscribe works smoothly during bulk profile updates.
  • In MVT tests, you can pick the time based on your account's time zone.
  • Memory usage by the webcontrol process when executing SQL queries in the "Data Tables" section has been optimized.
  • Removed the template availability message that appeared in the scenario when editing the "Campaign" element.
  • The first day of the week in calendars now matches your platform language.
  • Numeric fields can now be set to zero in the "Update profile" scenario element.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when multiple expressions with a template query were used in one template.
  • Deleting profiles by segment now works right.
  • The status type in the custom status of the order item is now successfully updated.
  • Fixed issues with the prefix in web version policy.
  • Popup duplicates no longer appear after closing.
  • Two-factor authentication can now be configured for admin users.
  • When importing a template, images are transferred to the gallery and displayed correctly in the email.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when deleting an inactive account.
  • Updated versions of Marketing API in Facebook Ads integration.
  • No more mix-ups with user names when editing objects.
  • Profiles are now successfully imported in the Yandex.Appmetrica integration.
  • When building a segment with "Sent SMS" filtering, resources with SMS channels are now displayed in the resource list.
  • Gmail responses with 42x and 45x codes are now recorded as undeliveries, rather than hard bounces.
  • The platform no longer returns an error when stopping an already stopped node or starting an already running one.
  • Test messages are successfully sent when using the APNS service for push notifications.
  • Validation of JSON objects in the "API Call" scenario element has been improved.
  • Platform security has been enhanced, and XSS vulnerabilities have been addressed.
  • Performance of key processes has been optimized.
  • Object search by tags has been corrected.
  • Stopped campaigns now get the correct status.
  • The table functionality in reports on channels and traffic has been fixed.
  • Panics in procsmsev, proctrigger, proctask, and webcontrol processes have been resolved.
