Major changes​

Integration with VK Notify for sending SMS​

A new SMS provider, VK Notify, has been added. To connect to this provider, please contact our support service.

When using this provider, creating an SMS message template involves two steps. First, you create the message template in Notify, and then in Altcraft Platform, you specify variables for personalization in JSON format.

PKCE support in OAuth 2.0​

Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) is an additional security mechanism used in OAuth 2.0 to protect against attacks related to the leakage of authorization codes. We have added support for this mechanism in the OAuth2 connections of the platform.

Bug fixes​

  • Testing and activation of the "Send form via email" action work correctly.
  • In the popup editor, selected databases are successfully saved.
  • Fixed he "When importing via pop-up" event in trigger campaigns and scenarios.
  • In the "Channels" and "Traffic" reports, the diagram displays hours in the correct order when grouped by hours.
  • Asynchronous event registration order (send and delivery) in the SMS channel no longer leads to incorrect results in the "Funnel" report.
  • In the email template editor, profile variables are correctly inserted into the "Share on social media" link.
  • The AMP version of the Email template is successfully imported.
  • Panic in webcontrol when loading a video into a Viber template has been resolved.
  • When exporting profile history, the time is now exported in the account's time zone with a specified timezone format according to RFC 3399.
  • When importing a segment in profile capture settings in a scenario, the rule for combining conditions is no longer reset.
  • Fixed database search by name in profile capture settings in a scenario.
  • Fixed the "Jump to scenario" node.
  • The ML model records the best send time for all profiles that have a known activity history in the last 6 months.
  • Optimized the determination of unique events.
  • There are no longer errors in the administrator panel when checking an email address containing uppercase letters in the suppression list.
  • Improved validation of certain fields in the profile editor.
  • Fixed a situation where a message template could be loaded with a file size exceeding the allowable limit.
  • The limit parameter in the api/v1.1/subscribers/history_get_all request and the next_from_id parameter returned in the response work correctly.
  • Fixed an issue that resulted in an incorrectly logged policy offence event.
  • Fixed the situation where MVT test campaigns did not run according to the set schedule.
  • Fixed some problems in the platform interface.
