Major changes​

Uploading segments to Yandex.Audience​

Now you can synchronize segments with Yandex.Audience for retargeting. Static segments are synchronized with user-defined conditions, for example, a specific tag. At the same time, a mirror of such a segment appears in the ads manager. You can add profiles to a segment or remove them from it using a workflow, API, manual operations, etc.

We added a new connection type to implement this functionality —Yandex.Audience. To configure it, you need app data in the Yandex environment, on behalf of which the platform will interact with the Yandex API.

Export the history of profiles by segment​

Now you can download the history of profiles by database or segment.

Also, you can specify events and add an additional profile field for the export.

Complex logic for surveys​

There are cases where it is necessary to change the next question of the survey based on the responses the client has just given. For example, if a client was provided with some specific services, and you want to know if he is satisfied with their quality, you will need to redirect the client to a separate page of the form. Now such a survey can be implemented using a form with complex scripts.

Other changes​

  • In the settings for connecting to an external database in the admin panel, it is possible to set DSN options for connection now.
  • The user interface now has access to viewing the errors that occurred in the scenario.
  • The interface of some lists in the platform has been updated.
  • We added message previews for the Telegram channel, improved the preview mechanism for custom channels and SMS.
  • Sending events to Kafka supports SASL authentication from now on.
  • Event structures have been refined in the event capture tests.
  • We improved Docker support.

Bug fixes​

  • When uploading and importing several files at a time, the import did not complete completely. This has been fixed.
  • Image storage no longer allows duplicates to be saved, and images are correctly deleted now.
  • We improved the stability of the webcontrol, proctask and campaign processes.
  • In some cases, platform processes could hang up if you stopped them. This has been fixed.
  • We fixed problems with transferring personal content to the following API requests: triggers/start_batch and workflows/start.
  • We fixed an issue with increased memory consumption when processing segments in workflows.
  • We improved error handling by the campaign process.
  • Fixed a problem with bumping up the counter of replies to emails.
  • AKMTA now works stably if the DKIM signature is not set on the from domain.
  • Now you can specify an external ID for Facebook audiences.
  • We fixed problems with deleting profiles that happened when you try to merge profiles using API.
  • Since that moment, a profile from any database can be added to any static segment via the API, even if this database was not previously in the segment.
  • We fixed other bugs in the platform interface.
