Major changes​

Rename a bit​

AltKraft (German style) has now been renamed to AltCraft (English style). Of course, it is reflected on the platform. Both names and both domain names work, but we prefer to use AltCraft now.

Integration with Facebook audiences​

Now it is possible to synchronize the audience with the Facebook ad cabinet for retargeting. Static segments are synchronized with conditions defined by a user, such as a specific tag. At the same time, a mirror of such a segment appears in the advertising account. You can add and remove profiles to a segment through a chain, by manual operations, through an API, etc.

You can choose which data to use for retargeting.

Form changes​

We added a new type of field for surveys, the field sets a numerical value and can be displayed as stars or a rating scale.

Static segment on import​

Now you can create a static segment based on the result of the import. It will help you manage the CDP platform in the sheet management mode. In other words, now it is possible to upload mailing lists to the platform if your purpose is just one-time sending, and the data will still be combined into a common client profile. The data of this profile can be used for more flexible marketing approaches.

  • Fixed some situations in which merging anonymous profile did not work
  • Fixed campaign crash in some cases
  • Fixed problem with attaching files by local path with substitution from custom fields
  • When stopping the task of calculating a segment, the connections to the databases were not always interrupted. This issue has been fixed.
  • The Feedback node now works better with substitutions in JSON and XML data structures
  • Improved form interface, fixed bugs of the first version
  • Fixed profile status -1 set on SQL import from non-standard data types
  • Fixed panic in proctask that occurs when calculating some segments
  • Fixed increased memory consumption in procworkflow, as well as its hang on break
