Audience growth report
Description
Audience growth is an email marketing report that allows you to analyze marketing campaigns and subscription sources efficiency. It shows subscriber profiles quantity changes.
Since the temporary profile is deleted when the subscriber's anonymous Push profile is identified, Push merges formally reduce the active audience.
Configuring the report
At the top of the page, select the period you want to receive data for. By default, the report is generated for all available subscription resources. You can use the drop-down menu to select a specific profile database:
You can download report in MS Excel or CSV formats.
Growth graph
Positive audience changes include:

Engagements — an increase in the active audience of subscribers (taking into account the reduction).

File imports — adding multiple profiles from a table file.

Web imports — creating new profiles at the moment of subscribing through the website.

Scheduled imports — creating of new profiles on a schedule from an external SQL database.

API imports — creating new profiles via API.

Manual import — creating profiles through the platform interface.

Push imports — creating anonymous and personal profiles at the moment of subscribing to push channel.
Negative audience changes include:
Unsubscribes — click on the Unsubscribe {unsubscribe} link in the Email message.
API unsubs — changing the subscription status through the program interface.
Manual unsubs — changing the subscription status in Altcraft interface.
Complaints — click on the Complain (Spam) button in the mail client.
Hard bounces — changing a subscription after sending to a non-existent mailbox or spam trap.
Push merges — merging an anonymous push subscriber with a known client profile based on cookie data.
