Campaigns
Previously, all types of marketing broadcasts were called "Campaigns" in the platform. In the new platform version, they have been renamed to "Broadcasts", while the new "Campaigns" represent a broader tool.
Campaigns are a tool for the comprehensive management of marketing activities within a single workspace.
It allows you to configure audiences, segment databases, manage user profiles, control groups, and scenarios.
Within campaigns, you can both create and transfer existing marketing activities: scenarios, broadcasts, recurring, triggered, multivariate campaigns, and placements.
