  • Subscribed — rule will select profiles with active subscriptions to selected resource or channel.
  • Not subscribed — rule will select profiles, which have subscription to selected resource and channel, but subscription status does not allow to send messages to the customer.
  • Unsubscribed, complainer, hard bounced, unconfirmed, suspended, not valid — rule will select profiles according to subscription to selected resource and channel status.

  • Domain is/Domain is not/Domain contains - rule will perform search by email domain or its part.
  • Standard operators used to search subscriptions data in lists and external sources.
