Reports and analytics
All reports can be downloaded in CSV and XLSX formats by clicking the "Export Report" button in the action menu.
Channel report
The report provides data on all events that are tracked in campaigns: sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, etc.
Traffic report
The report provides data on profile traffic from sources such as channels, web forms, pixels and pop-ups.
Summary report
This report gives you detailed statistics for campaigns with number and percent values for all channels.
Cohorts report
Learn how different groups of subscribers interact with your marketing services.
Lifetime report
Lifetime indicates client message activities like opens or link clicks.
Funnels report
You can analyze your marketing strategy conversion or count it for certain action using this report. It gives information about each step completion for customers group.
Goals report
This report shows analytics about website visits and performing target actions like: income form deal, partner commission etc

Bounces report
Track the number of email messages that were not successfully delivered to recipients on the first attempt.
Undeliveries report
