Platform update policy

Updates are distributed to users based on their requests. First of all, they become available to those who requested new functionality. At this stage, the platform is evaluated and feedback is collected. After that, the update becomes available to others.

After receiving a new build, it is recommended to perform the update within 14 calendar days. Updates include not only new features, but also important security fixes and bug fixes.

Fixes and updates are only released for the current version of the platform. Outdated versions are not supported. Bugs found in versions that are more than two major releases behind are not addressed or fixed. To ensure stable and secure operation, it is important to update in time.

tip

The platform version number indicates the release date and scope of the changes. For example, version v2024.3.69.490 means that the update was released in 3rd quarter of 2024, it is the 69th version of the platform, and it includes 490 bug fixes and improvements
