The consultation can take place in a personal chat, via email or phone, depending on the level of support purchased.
Regular platform updates
For the entire period of the right to use the platform, the customer is granted the right to receive regular free updates.
The number of updates is at least 4 major updates per year.
One update is released at least once a quarter.
Eliminate software errors
Elimination of software errors in the platform operation is carried out only by specialists of Altcraft LLC, after the collected diagnostic information is provided to them.
All diagnostic information can be shared via a personal support chat or by email to team@altсraft.com.
Platform modification
Creation, modification, modernization of platform components / services is carried out only by specialists of Altcraft LLC.
The platform development team has the necessary knowledge to work with all the components.
The customer has the opportunity to agree on the possibility of finalizing the platform's functionality to solve his business problems by agreeing on the specifications with Altcraft LLC.
